3/5/21 ***Instead of reading, how about creating a compelling future?

 I don't feel like reading.  I am keener on writing what I see in my mind.

Basically, today is truly a superb day.  I was well-rested and my fuel tank is full to the brim.

I still cannot come up with a sure-fire formula to be thin and fast.  What I do know is FASTING WORKS!

So couple Intermittent Fasting with OMAD LCHF, we are close to finding the right formula to lose weight while still performing physical activities as if we don't fast.

Until I reach 55 kg, I have to keep burning the fats stored in my body.

My immediate aspiration is to win the Silver (69 kg).  Then, before I meet Alexander, I should strive for the Silver Palladium (59 kg).

Being light need not mean being small.  It all depends on the shoulder and neck.  That's the idea behind the Statute of David.


Maintain a slim waist but develop good legs and shoulders.  Much like a mesomorph.


That way I'll be a muscular and fast runner.

20 kg to go.

I shall do it.

First, I got rid of the 3 Cs.  Then Nicorette, Then Sugar and Starch.  Finally, Insulin Resistance and excess body fat.

Basically, it is about turning the body into an efficient machine.  The answer is less and less frequent.  Not more and more expensive.

My delight is to effortlessly beat BJ in a 10 km run. 

Rather than Spook, I should think of maximizing my VO2Max and going for a 10 km/hour run.

Forget Spook.  Forget the 3 Cs.  I am living the Athlete4Life Way.

My satisfaction is my daily incremental improvement.

Also, it is about being in the Peak State of Health.  Only then I will experience bliss. 

The basic question I got to ask is, am I getting closer to my goal of Health and Happiness, or am I moving away from it?

Spook makes me munch junk food.  Not good at all.  It destabilizes my dopamine homeostasis.

I like this sense of alertness.  Coffee alone is good enough for me.

Couple that with the Bamboo Waterfall sound, I am in the state of Zen while I am in zazen.  I don't need Spook.  I only need BJ's company.  That I get by running 10 km with him.

Time to grow up.

I have enough information to live to 117 years old PROVIDED I apply what I know.  Otherwise, I am only kidding myself on becoming an Athlete Warrior.

The Peak State is simply marvelous.

As I said, I want to reset back to 1979 when I was 15 years old.

#traxxfm Today I am officially off the 21 days water-only fast. Managed to set a PR of 11 days streak. From today to the end of Ramadan, it's alternate water only and OMAD LCHF. Here I am 10 kg lighter from the 1st of Ramadan. I hit Bronze (79 kg), going for Silver



Today is the first day I am experimenting with Alternate OMAD LCHF or 48 hours OMAD LCHF.  Need to see if I can be an Athlete Warrior without sugar and starch,

Still, the priority is Silver.  I had set my mind for Silver, Once I hit that, I'm already on my way to the 10 km Training.

69 kg is the training weight.  But to be competitive, I got to hit between 55 and 60 kg.

I must hit 59 kg by 30/5/21.  I need 3 months to rev up to the 10 km Hill Run.

I decided to exit the Rat Race for sure.  Instead of chasing after rainbows, I rather enjoy my pot of gold.

I only need to accumulate wealth if I want to be a part of the masses.  If not, I don't need to use money at all while enjoying the 5 km White Space.

It's a choice between being part of the herd or happily pursues Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss.   

 Everybody who knows me personally said I am a very lucky man.  I guess I just keep whacking on the Ace.

Hmmm...  Is this the reward of Voluntary Simplicity?  I surely am enjoying the perks.

I still need to hit 55 kg before scaling up to 60 kg.  If I can hover between 55 and 60 kg, I can then put thin at a constant and start working on being fast.

There is plenty of work that needs to be done before I can hit 10 km/hour.

Here I am busting my ass to hit the target and yet Punjabi Putar said to not make a headline out of it.

Major letdown.  Gotta avoid people like him at all cost.  Genius and doubt don't co-exist.

I rather would be by myself and pursue my goals than contaminate my mind with doubts and skepticism.

I'm not looking back.  NO MORE Rat Race.  This is my life from here on.

Today is certainly one of the best days of my life.  I am so glad that I ate a lot yesterday.  The sleep is worth it as well.

That means once in a while I need to refeed.  Let's look at yesterday's log:

 Basically, I eat until I no longer feel hungry.  It lasted until today.

Note:  Follow this principle

  • The only proven nutritional method of losing weight is through prolonged calorie restriction
  • In any given situation, we are either eating or fasting
  • When we eat we add calories, when we fast we burn calories

In the end, it is about what you eat, when you eat, and how frequent.

I am pretty convinced that the way to go for me is OMAD LCHF.  Anytime I violate this protocol, my weight jumped the next day.

Therefore I will refrain from eating sugar and starch although I am sticking with this model on my refeeding days:


I guess the takeaway point here is to not stick to one model only.

My key performance indicator is still the weighing scale.

Boxers, wrestlers, and bodybuilders use the scale.  Why shouldn't I?

Sure,  1 - 2 kg water retention is understandable.  As the saying goes, quality management is about measurement.  What cannot be measured is not quality.
