2/5/21 ###Today is a two steps backward

 I guess it is necessary.  I am going through a slump right now.  How do I know?  I have the urge to smoke cigarettes.

So today, my strategy is to feast after the 2 days fast.

This is staring into the abyss and staring back at me is the dopamine void.

I am experiencing the effect of low dopamine right now.

I sleep in the afternoon too.  Only after dinner do I feel better.

Actually, this is time for my Spook Therapy.

I think in the future if I have the once-a-week dose, I should be OK.

For the time being, I just have to manage the three variables:

  • Sleep Well
  • Move More
  • Eat Right

10 more days to go.  Then I am back to the old routine all over again.

I never really like Ramadan.  It is like boot camp to me.  So far the only year I triumphed over Ramadan was 1998.  The rest were the months I struggled with depression.

So this year, depression showed its ugly face on day 20.

Keep moving north...

I have 10 days more to hit Silver.  I'll give it my best shot.  I already won Gold for my Walk/Run Interval and I already won Bronze for my overall battle with weight.  Now to hit Silver.

What is my prayer for this Ramadan?

I pray that I will NEVER have to go through Cyborg War 2.0 as a Clockwork Orange.  I had already caused much embarrassment by sending those CLOSING WHATSAPP messages.

All I [] (can) say is DO NOT DISTURB.  I want to focus on my Personal Flight Path.  Do not get me involved in the Primary Flight Path.  I just want to be Din Kenit 227.  [G]olly (Jolly) Green Giant can wait, even it is for the next 20 years.

All is not lost this Ramadan.

This Year's Achievement:

  • Won Gold Walk/Run Interval, 10 loops - 13/4/21 (1st Ramadan)
  • Won Bronze Overall Weight Reduction, 79 kg - 21/4/21 (9th Ramadan)
  • Water Only Fast PR, 11 days - 23/4/21 (11th Ramadan)

I also implemented the SWEE PAWM 24/7 this year.

Very well, these are my leverages for the 40 kg target by July, 10 km Hill by Sept, and 21 km Hill by Dec.

Tonight, let's calibrate the sleep again.  Since I already sleep the whole day today, I plan to sleep at 12:00 am max.
