This is the period of languishing for me.
I tried eating all sorts of things. Still, I feel the blah.
It's supposed to be very simple:
- Sleep well
- Move more
- Eat right
Well, what happens if I cannot sleep? Then it will create a Domino Effect.
One thing leads to another and now I eat junk the whole day.
I think the equalizer is a good shower and good grooming. I think I do that.
