3/5/21 ^^^Everything is difficult before it becomes easy

 I had passed the 21 days habit initiation.  Now is to go for the 90 days lifestyle change.

I only need to maintain these three key markers:

  • Sleep well
  • Move more
  • Eat right
With that, I transmute from Sharudin the Sloth to an Athlete Warrior.

Training, training, and more training.  Until I can do the 21 km Hill Run.

Ideally, it will be nice if I can do a half marathon every quarter.  That will be my Ikigai.

I will strive for that after 2024.

Until then, back to the daily grind; 5, 10, 5 Hill, 10 Hill, 21 Hill.
