30/4/21 ###Six more days to the finish line

Let me remind myself why I started this 21 Days Water Only Fast:

  • Firstly, I want to lose 20 kg.  This is part of the shredding 40 kg in order to be thin and fast
  • Secondly, I want to clear myself from any cellular debris
  • Thirdly, I want autophagy to get rid of cancerous cells
  • Also, I wa[s] (want) to reduce inflammation and gout
  • I want to be fat-adapted and switch to ketones as fuel
  • I hope to get rid of the cataract 
  • I want to wear back my old clothes
I would say so far fasting is all about the positive benefits.  The only setback is I cannot exercise as rigorously as I want to.

Clarity of thought is absolutely fabulous. Especially since I no longer experience dopamine fluctuation.

Beauty comes from within is the common excuse for Chubby Chubbs.

A surprising discovery is I no longer have to spit mucus in the morning.  That is a major breakthrough.

I can only think of all the good things when I fast.  Makes me realize that I am stronger that[t] (than) I thought.

Lizzie is inspired by my effort too.

Since I can subdue my desire for indulgence, I can subdue anything including the SSIDSLIP.


By doing extended fasting, I had also got rid of my sugar craving.

Slowly, I should get rid of the 3-in-1 coffee or at least keep my insulin surge at bay.

Now the monthly 72 Hours Water Only Fast is a child's play.

I may not able to do it 21 days straight but it is a major leap from the previous 5 days PR.  Now I have a new reference point.

One of the most valuable lessons is to enjoy eating eggs and plenty of butter during refeeding.

Another lesson is I got to eat a lot if I want to run fast and explosively.

This further affirms that I need to stick to OMAD LCHF for LIFE.

  • 21 Days Water Only Fast
  • Lose 40 kg by July 21
  • 10 km Hill Run by 4/9/21
  • 21 km Hill Run by 25/12/21
A silver medal is 69 kg by the end of Ramadan.

Always get back to basic:

Be mindful that I need to maintain this lifestyle until July to make it a lasting change.
  • Sleep at 9:30 pm
  • Wake up at 4:30 am
  • Exercise AHAD
  • 3 Minutes per Hour Exercise
  • Eat OMAD LCHF
Sleep well
Move more
Eat right

That is the lifestyle that I got to reinforce.

During this water-only fasting, my dreams are about me being in rage and in me being egocentric.  I guess those are my dark side.

I have to subdue my anger.  To do that I need Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.  Back to God is a man fully functioning.

The pivot is running.  Through running I find my salvation.

That is a 180 degrees turn.  It started with me quitting cigarettes.
