This 21 Days Water Only Fast is tough. Not because I cannot withstand hunger but because I cannot sleep at night. That disrupts my exercise routine.
I'm not ready to give up yet. I will follow the rhythm of my body but I will continue fasting. At worst I give up exercising in the morning.
Ramadan has always been a challenge for me.
I am mentally ready to settle for the Bronze Medal but I still want to continue with the Water Only Fasting by adding 3 replacement days. I cannot go beyond that because I am meeting BJ and RR the very next day. So 3 days is the max I can stretch it.
Therefore I am willing to forgo the morning exercises and opt for the evenings until I can regulate my sleep again.
I will NOT SPOOK this Ramadan. I am keener to achieve Silver Palladium (59 kg) by the Big Day, It is bad enough I broke the 21 days streak. It is even worse if I cannot achieve Silver Medal (69 kg).
Look[] like there is no exercise tomorrow morning. I can always do it in the evening.
Besides drawing cartoon, there are three other skills I want to develop from 2024 to 2029:
Learn Japanese including calligraphy
Learn to play the bamboo flute
Play bass like Steve Harris
I guess I need to be familiar with basic note reading.
Therefore my schedule is really tight. Hence wherever I go I want my 4 tutors to be with me. Not necessarily the [like] (actual[ly]) Sergio and Steve.

Yes, I like to have dinner at their home or our Xanadus and Wolfsschanzes; whichever convenient.
I personally like to visit Dan Brown at his horse ranch and I love to see Elif Shafak's books collection.
As much as possible, I don't want to make public appearances ESPECIALLY giving speeches. We leave that to the Al Araf All-Stars and the other 3 Al Arafs.
